CONNECTED · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 24, 2026

One teaching plan.
One shared view of progress.

The Google connection is live. Use Netlify to review collected evidence and record outcome judgments. Those decisions return to Google in the Evidence Map Progress tab.

GitHub workbooksTeach the task; retain project, step and checkpoint IDs.
Google SheetOwn the roster and collect Form responses.
Netlify Evidence MapReview evidence, approve rubrics and record outcome judgments.
iPad AssessTrackNext: capture O/C/P against those same learners and rubrics.

The visual dashboard is restored

The main Evidence Map now has a class overview, student outcome maps, evidence charts, a shared rubric library, the semester/year sequence and a reporting register. It uses the existing live connection. See the checks and remaining work.

The AI Studio iPad app is undergoing corrections. It still needs a source review, deployment and a real-device test before it is ready for classroom use.

What is connected now

The progress mirror is empty until a teacher saves a judgment. Live verification · 13 preview checks

Start with the assignment

Open Assignments & workbooks

Choose the current sprint bundle to see its lesson flow, copy its workbook-maker prompt, inspect the linked rubric and review existing evidence. Missing package registrations remain visible.

The unified workflow and remaining work

Use the connected iPad companion

Open AssessTrack field capture

The integrated companion shares this site's teacher sign-in, Google roster and approved rubric versions. Choose a class, student, rubric criterion and evidence method. Save a note; the main dashboard receives it for teacher review. The existing Google timer mirrors it into Field Evidence and mirrors approved releases into Rubric Library.

Approve a rubric in the main dashboard before using it for capture. Importing a JSON file does not approve it. New rubric versions require an explicit teacher publish action.

Gemini is not configured yet. Audio recordings remain on the device; cloud audio backup and a physical iPad offline/recording check remain unfinished. The teacher key is the existing private Evidence Map credential created during connection setup, separate from Google and Gemini credentials.

PowerSchool: standards and your comments

The supplied PowerTeacher Pro guide establishes a practical route: create or duplicate the assignment, export its Score Template, prepare scores, and import into that same assignment. The updated PowerSchool handoff explains where standards judgments and teacher comments fit.

The dashboard CSV contains course-outcome judgments for teacher review. It is not an assignment score template, and the documented score import does not establish separate standards/comment import. The next input is an actual Export Score Template with its local score settings. Your standards-based setup remains unchanged.

Keep the course work together

The semester and year map preserves 9 MM12, 9 COM11 and 16 IBDS sprints, with 332 dated lesson entries. The teaching library retains existing work.

A mapped day is not a finished teaching package. Full IBDS chapter lessons, activities, labs, slides, practice papers, IA preparation, mocks and daily teacher notes still need production and content review. Existing Photoshop materials do not complete every semester package.

Reuse your workbook standard and coaching Gem

Use the updated ChatGPT workbook prompt in your Update Photoshop Tutorial conversation. It now explicitly preserves Drop Day / Fresh Impact instructional quality, Truck architecture, and Standard / More Support views. Attach the Learning Studio Workbook Standard v2 and interface contract. Use the coaching-Gem prompt to keep help tied to the selected course and step while preserving assessed student thinking.

The shared conversation and PowerTeacher document have been reconciled in the source update. The live Gem and GitHub workbook source have not been changed in this release.
